As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will:

* Produce full designs and technical drawings for a wide range of building services,

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—engineers, architects, external consultants, and manufacturers—to deliver outstanding results.

* Mentor and support trainee and junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering growth.

* Conduct site visits to survey existing building services and design new or improved systems for plantrooms and beyond.

* Tackle design challenges and oversee construction, ensuring solutions are practical and innovative.

* Perform post-construction assessments to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

What We’re Looking For

* Level 4 or Degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

* Proven experience in mechanical design within building services.

* Proficiency in CAD and engineering software.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for engineering excellence.
