About the Role
This is a senior-level, hands-on role for a marketing professional with strong digital experience and a commercial mindset. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing and social media strategies, directly influencing brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage social media activity (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), website updates, and paid campaigns.
· Create and manage a structured content calendar, aligning campaigns with business milestones and industry trends.
· Produce and oversee engaging content—written, visual, and video—tailored to the construction and infrastructure sectors.
· Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads, conversions), using insights to refine strategy.
· Work closely with directors and internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency.
· Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
· Support the development of branded materials, case studies, and internal communications as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or campaign management role, ideally within B2B or technical sectors (construction, infrastructure, recruitment, or related industries).
· Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (CIM or equivalent professional certification desirable).
· Strong working knowledge of marketing platforms, content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
· Proven success in delivering measurable marketing results through strategic planning and content-driven campaigns.
· High level of written and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
· Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple deadlines, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
What We Offer
· Competitive salary based on experience
· The opportunity to shape and lead a digital function with clear ownership
· A collaborative, values-driven culture with access to senior leadership
· A platform to make meaningful impact across national frameworks and infrastructure clients
