The new Project Director of a London Cost and Project Management consultancy is seeking a determined Assistant Project Manager.
The Assistant Project Manager’s role
The successful Assistant Project Manager will support the PM Director and Surveying team across a range of hotel and large office fit-out schemes. Responsibilities will include reviewing documents, chasing contractors, contract administration, valuations, and more.
The new Assistant Project Manager will have ample opportunity for development and will be encouraged and supported to take on greater responsibility.
The Assistant Project Manager
* Completed a Construction or related degree
* Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience within a construction consultancy firm
* Basic pre and post contract experience
* Strong written and communication skills
* Keen for greater responsibility
