About the Role
As Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll take the lead on projects from initial client brief through to handover to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the full pre-construction process, including design development, value engineering, and programming.

Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to shape solutions that meet both aesthetic and commercial objectives.

Overseeing tender processes and subcontractor engagement.
*
Preparing and presenting detailed proposals, costs, and project strategies.
*
Supporting and mentoring junior pre-construction staff.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll play a pivotal part in winning work, ensuring proposals are commercially competitive while maintaining exceptional quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior pre-construction, estimating, or design & build role within the commercial fit-out sector.
*
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract frameworks.
*
Ability to lead bids and coordinate design, estimating, and delivery teams.

Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of securing and developing relationships.

Confident communicator, able to present proposals and negotiate effectively.
