Red Sky Personnel is supporting a well-established infrastructure contractor with the recruitment of a Quantity Surveyor for key civil engineering projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team delivering technically complex work in the capital.

Role Overview:

You will manage the commercial aspects of packages across a portfolio including enabling works, RC structures, groundworks, and infrastructure schemes. Working closely with the Regional Commercial Director and the wider team, you will help drive financial performance, contract compliance, and programme delivery.

Key Requirements:

2-3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Proven track record supporting large civils or infrastructure schemes
Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge (NEC preferred)
Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
Willingness to mentor junior staff and support early talent

Relevant Experience May Include:

Groundworks, Earthworks, RC Frames, Structural Engineering, Utilities, Infrastructure, Demolition, Enabling Works, Concrete Structures, or transferable experience from Transport, Highways, or Rail.
