Red Sky Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK civil engineering contractor delivering high-profile civil engineering and infrastructure projects across London. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of major packages across multiple schemes.

Role Overview:

As a key member of the regional team, you will take full ownership of the financial and contractual success of your projects, while leading, coaching, and developing junior team members. You'll work autonomously with the support of a collaborative senior leadership team.

Key Requirements:

2-3+ years' experience in a Senior or advanced Quantity Surveyor role
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring junior staff
Confident managing subcontractor packages, variations, and cost reporting
Comfortable managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously
Professional, driven, and able to work independently
Relevant Sector Experience May Include:

Groundworks, RC Structures, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure & Utilities, Demolition & Enabling Works, Earthworks, Highways, Transport or Rail (transferable experience accepted)
