Location: Head Office – Enfield with travel across South London, North London, and Kent
Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £39,000 – £43,000 per annum (once permanent)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – 4 days office-based, 1 day site-based
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Repairs & Voids Supervisor to oversee a range of general repairs, void property refurbishments, and property adaptations. This is a temp-to-perm position offering a clear pathway into a stable and long-term role within a well-established property maintenance team.
Based at our Enfield head office, the role involves managing teams and subcontractors across a wide patch that includes South London, North London, and Kent, ensuring that works are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day delivery of void refurbishments, responsive repairs, and property adaptations
Conduct property inspections, assess works required, and ensure jobs are completed to specification
Manage operatives and subcontractors, allocating work and ensuring KPIs are met
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on all sites
Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates
Monitor job progress, costs, and quality, reporting back to management regularly
Carry out pre- and post-inspections and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
Support and train operatives, promoting a performance-led, customer-focused culture
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing, property maintenance, or general building
Knowledge of voids, responsive repairs, and DFG/adaptation works
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs across a wide geographical area
Proficient with job management systems and basic IT
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
