This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a highly respected and well-established Electrical Building Services Contractor based in the Marlow area. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects in the commercial and office fit-out sectors, with project values typically ranging from £100k to £3m. They offer a full turnkey service from design through to installation and commissioning.

We welcome applications from both Electrical Estimators and Senior Electrical Estimators looking for a new challenge.

Salary & Benefits:

* Base Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience and seniority)

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare competitive and accurate estimates for commercial and office fit-out projects

* Analyse specifications and drawings to assess project requirements

* Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing, seeking value engineering opportunities

* Collaborate with pre-construction and project teams to support tenders and proposals

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services sector

* Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

* Relevant electrical qualifications or equivalent industry certification

* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
