This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager to join a highly respected and well-established Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor operating across London and the Home Counties. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality electrical installations on high-end residential projects. They offer a full turnkey service from design through to installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead high-end residential electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

* Manage multiple projects and site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

* Oversee project costs, quality standards, and health & safety compliance

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager within the building services sector, ideally focused on high-end residential projects

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Applicants should have a strong background in the high-end residential sector and relevant industry qualifications
