A regional house-builder, has a requirement for a Project Manager to join their friendly and well financed business, where there will be the opportunity for future career progression.

You will be handed the responsibility of managing their flagship 35 unit traditional house build in Kent due for completion in late 2026.

Upon successful completion of this scheme there will be the opportunity for you to become a Contracts Manager looking after multiple sites in Kent and Sussex

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and supported by a site manager you will have the following duties:

• Programming, Planning, Scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Weekly /Monthly Reporting to Directors.
• Budget Management.
• Quality Management.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Risk Management.
• H&S Management.

The role will suit you if you have the following experience, skills and qualifications

• SMSTS
• NVQ L6 -L7
• CSCS
• Professional accreditations desired but not a requirement
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Able to demonstrate successful delivery of housing development in excess of 70 unit from start to completion as Project Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• A stable employment history in the last 10 years with a residential developer or contractor
