BID Writer (Part-Time)
Role: BID Writer (part-time)
Salary: Pro Rata
Location: Blackpool
The Role: We are looking to recruit an experienced bid writer to co-ordinate and manage the collation of tender bids across all regions. We are flexible regarding home/office working and working hours/days given the right candidate.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: –
1. Manage and complete the preparation and submission of all Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Selection Questionnaire and tender quality bids.
2. Review/ proofread the submissions to ensure correct grammar, format, branding and content meet agreed objectives.
3. Communicate effectively with construction teams and external consultants to discuss technical questions and write responses.
4. Complete the continual update of the marketing library to ensure accurate material
5. Liaison with the project teams to formulate project portfolios and CVs
Key Requirements:
1. Bid writing experience essential
2. Proficient in Office suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as PDF writer
3. Good understanding of English Language
4. Construction knowledge is desirable but not essential
