Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure delivery in line with programme, quality, and safety expectations.

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades to achieve project milestones.

*

Produce, manage, and report on detailed project programmes.

*

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

*

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards on site.

*

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure procedures and best practices are followed.

*

Monitor and manage costs, risks, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

*

Promote a positive and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

*

Degree in Construction Engineering & Management (or equivalent experience).

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or civil engineering.

*

Proven experience in residential construction is essential.

*

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

*

Excellent communication and reporting skills (both verbal and written).

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

*

Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid certification, and full UK driving licence.
