Service Engineer

Are you a hands-on Upvc and aluminium window and door service engineer with a knack for solving problems and delivering top-notch customer service? We're on the lookout for an experienced window and door professional to join our clients growing team.

Our client is a well-established customer-focused business with a reputation for quality and reliability in the fenestration market. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for someone who’s experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take pride in every job.

Role responsibilities:

* Repair Upvc and aluminium windows and doors on refurbs

* Responsible for stocking van with the tools needed for the jobs ahead – you will be required to pick up stock daily from the depo

* Deliver all tasks to high quality standard with keeping the customer in mind

* Visit various scheduled work and aim to complete on a first-time visit

The candidates’ skills & experience:

* Have technical knowledge and experience within the upvc window and door industry

* Current/recent experience as a window and door service engineer or highly experienced fitter

* Have a clean UK driving license

* Have excellent customer service skills

* Good time keeping skills

* Very organised and reliable
