With decades of experience in the industry, this contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment works across sectors including commercial, education, leisure, and retail. Key responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:

* Manage the day-to-day running of multiple fit-out/refurb projects.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

* Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site.

* Lead and support project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.

Requirements for the Contracts Manager:

* Previous experience in a Contracts Manager position working for a Main contractor

* Proven experience working on Multiple fit out and refurbishment projects

* Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.

* Full UK driving licence.
