The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You'll be working as part of the consultancy's project management discipline across a diverse portfolio of sectors. Expect to collaborate with elite blue chip and sporting teams, automotive OEMs, organisations, and renowned academic institutions. You'll manage project planning, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing
Establishing strong communication channels with clients and design teams to ensure effective collaboration.
Coordinating feasibility studies, site surveys, and early-stage project evaluations.
Managing project finances throughout the lifecycle-overseeing budgets, forecasts, and client payments.
Providing detailed reports on inspections, scheduling, progress, and defect liability periods.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including programmes, master budgets, and risk registers.
Implementing document management systems for efficient tracking of project data.
Producing tailored reports at each key stage to keep clients informed and aligned.
About You
BSc/MSc in Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing general commercial projects.
Knowledge of NEC4 and JCT contracts is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.
