Project Manager – Electronic Security Systems

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of electronic security system projects across the UK and Europe. This is a key leadership role within a high-performing team that delivers cutting-edge access control and video solutions to global clients.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from tender through to commissioning and handover

*

Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders

*

Manage programme timelines, procurement, and financial tracking (P&L)

*

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and CDM regulations

*

Provide leadership across all phases including installation, testing, and commissioning

✅ Ideal Candidate:

*

8+ years of project or construction management experience in the security, electrical, or M&E sectors

*

Strong technical understanding of high-end access control and CCTV platforms

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

*

Confident managing multiple workstreams across UK and EU project sites

*

Well-versed in site safety, compliance, and quality assurance processes

🌟 Bonus Experience:

Fast-track delivery or critical infrastructure environments (e.g. data centres, airports)

*

Experience with Smart Building solutions or integrated platforms (e.g. BMS, lighting, VMS)
