Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of one of our key developments in North London. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics to maintain an efficient and productive site.

*

Conduct daily site briefings and ensure clear communication with all site personnel.

*

Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve any delays or issues.

*

Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

*

Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress photos, and quality checks.

*

Liaise with internal teams including project management, commercial, technical, and sales.

*

Attend and contribute to site and project meetings.

*

Ensure a tidy, safe, and well-organised site at all times.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments, preferably for a developer or principal contractor.

*

Strong working knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black card), and First Aid certification required.

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

*

Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality.

*

Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

*

Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office.

*

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

*

Experience managing RC frame and/or traditional build projects.

*

Knowledge of NHBC standards and requirements.

*

Previous experience delivering multi-unit schemes in urban environments.
