BIM Technician – Revit | Architecture Practice
We’re working with a well-established architecture practice who is growing theur in-house BIM team and have a requirement for BIM Technician with strong Revit skills to join their growing team. This is a role for someone who is carving out a career in BIM Coordination and BIM Management within creative sector.
Role Overview:
Reporting to Head of BIM as a BIM Technician, you will support project teams in the creation, coordination, and management of BIM models across all RIBA stages. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in project documentation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and managing Revit models across multiple project stages
*
Collaborate with architects, technologists, and consultants to ensure accurate BIM coordination
*
Maintain project model standards in line with office BIM protocols and industry requirements
*
Support BIM documentation and data exchange processes
*
Troubleshoot model issues and provide Revit support to the team
Requirements:
*
Strong proficiency in Revit (with experience in live project environments)
*
Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM or architectural technician experience
*
Understanding of BIM workflows and standards (e.g. ISO 19650, COBie)
*
Experience working in architecture, engineering, or construction environments
*
Good communication and coordination skills
*
Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Dynamo is a bonus
