Finishing Manager

We are seeking a Freelance Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a residential block development in Manor Park. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishes, manage snagging, coordinate subcontractors, and drive the project to completion on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and inspect internal finishes (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, decorations, flooring)

*

Oversee snagging and de-snagging processes

*

Coordinate and drive subcontractors to meet deadlines

*

Liaise with site and project managers to resolve issues

*

Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential projects

*

Strong eye for detail and high standards of workmanship

*

Excellent communication and coordination skills

*

CSCS card, SMSTS (preferred), First Aid
