Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Following a record-breaking year and with a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the early stages of their career who is looking to take the next step within a forward-thinking contractor. Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions

* Support with the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

* Assist in managing project budgets and cost plans

* Contribute to valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Key Criteria:

* Degree-qualified or studying towards a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial or assistant QS role, ideally with a main contractor
