Quantity Surveyor – Location: Flexible

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a chartered Quantity Surveyor for a long term contract opportunity with a leading real estate services firm. This role will be paid on a per report completed basis and offers:

Fully remote working
Flexible working arrangements
Work hours that suit your lifestyle arrangements
All work is desktop based – can be completed in any location
Working on large contract of work – currently 3 years+ to run
PAYE or outside IR35 working arrangements considered
For this role, we are looking for someone who is degree qualified with RICS membership and has a practical understanding of residential / commercial property management.
