Quantity Surveyor – Ipswich

We're working with a specialist fit-out company seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Ipswich team. Work on high-quality commercial projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project delivery and ensure financial targets are met
Assist with tendering and contract management
Review contracts and identify risks
Manage project schedules and cash flow forecasts
Coordinate procurement and subcontractors to meet timelines
Monitor progress, variations, and ensure health & safety complianceRequirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Confident and client-facing
Degree in Quantity Surveying
