Project Manager

Our client is a growing mechanical contractor based in London, delivering full design and build solutions across a wide range of mechanical services.

Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

In this role, you will oversee mechanical and electrical projects from initial planning through to completion. You'll be responsible for coordinating site teams, managing budgets and procurement, ensuring health and safety compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Additionally, you'll oversee technical documentation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Fully site-based position
£75,000-£85,000 on a self-employed basis, invoiced monthly

Key Responsibilities:

Manage mechanical and electrical projects from concept to completion
Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Review and manage technical drawings, documentation, and LTA submittals
Support commissioning and handover processesProject Manager

Role Requirements:

Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical D&B projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
