Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum + Car Allowance

TS Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established main contractor operating across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. We are currently recruiting a Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager to support a Project Manager on a £7.5 million new build project.

What's on Offer:

Competitive salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Car allowance
28 days holiday including bank holidays
Pension scheme (following a 3-month qualifying period)
Site hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
Manage on-site labour and subcontractors effectively
Oversee a technically complex site involving M&E, brickwork, joinery, and finishing trades
Interpret and provide guidance on technical drawings
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and quality
Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and programme tracking
About the Company:

A growing and established main contractor
Specialising in new build projects valued up to £10 million
Projects include commercial developments and care homes
Candidate Requirements:

SMSTS and First Aid certification
CSCS card (preferably Black)
Proven experience managing care home or commercial build projects for a main contractor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ambition to progress within a long-term role
