We’re supporting a Tier 1 contractor in the search for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major student accommodation scheme in Exeter. This is a high-value, multi-phase project with complexity and prestige – ideal for a commercially sharp professional ready to take ownership.

This is a chance to work with a top-tier construction business known for career development, innovation, and long-term stability. You’ll manage a team of Quantity Surveyors while working closely with Project Directors and the pre-construction team.
