The Associate / Senior Associate Building Surveyor's Role

As part of a market-leading Building Surveying team, you will focus on professional building surveying instructions across a diverse range of sectors – including industrial, office, retail, and residential. You'll work on instructions such as leasehold advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, and contract administration.

Your role will include:

Acting as project lead on professional instructions from inception to completion
Managing all stages of the dilapidations process, including site surveys, reporting, client liaison, and negotiations
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors, including APC candidates and apprentices
Working closely with senior team members to deliver client growth plans and expand service offerings
Nurturing and expanding an existing, highly valuable client baseThe Successful Associate / Senior Associate Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

MRICS qualified (or equivalent)Experience & Attributes:

Strong experience in dilapidations, including negotiation, or a genuine desire to specialise in this area
A confident, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to grow and progress
Experience working with both landlord and tenant clients
A commercial mindset and excellent client-facing communication
Proven ability to manage and deliver instructions across sectors including commercial, industrial, and retailIn Return?

£70,000 – £85,000
