Residential Surveyor

Your new company
Our client is a reputable, boutique practitioner who specialise in residential surveys, party wall matters and valuations across London and the South East. Due to sustained growth and ambitious plans to scale, the Director is now looking to bring more surveyors into the business with a view to offering partnerships in the near future.

Your new role
In the role of Residential Surveyor, you will be tasked with and measured in the following: inspecting properties and producing reports on residential properties in line with the RICS requirements for Level 3 Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports and producing Redbook valuations. You will be expected to conduct 2 Homebuyer reports a day and/or a building survey.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, and be either MRICS or AssocRICS status. The ability to perform Level 2 & 3 surveys is essential to the role.
