Up to £65,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a respected and rapidly expanding consultancy delivering nationally recognised, community-focused property schemes connected to one of the UK's major airports.
Based out of Guildford, with projects spanning London, Guildford, Southampton and the surrounding areas, this role offers the chance to take ownership of meaningful projects while gaining broader exposure to high-profile commercial clients.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will:

Lead and manage community-based property improvement schemes, including noise insulation and roof replacement projects for residential, school and community buildings.
Carry out contract administration and quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Draft specifications and schedules of works, and review contractor proposals for technical assurance.
Support project management activities, including design coordination and implementation.
Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting.
Deliver Building Regulations compliance services from inception to completion.
Gain exposure to wider commercial surveying work with top-tier clients.To qualify for this Chartered Building Surveyor role, you must have:

A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc).
MRICS Chartered status.
A full UK driving licence, access to a car, and business insurance.
Experience in a commercial BS firm (desirable).
Familiarity with NEC Contracts (desirable).
Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor will be on a salary up to £65,000 + Bonus Scheme + Laptop + Phone + Private Healthcare (after 6 months) + Pension Scheme (after 3 months) + 25 Days Holiday, including bank holidays.
