In this role, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the site team, coordinating subcontractors, and liaising with clients to meet project specifications while upholding safety regulations. The area's of work are mainly in Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset.

Key Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction

– Thorough understanding of construction processes

– Strong leadership and team management abilities

– Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members

– Knowledge of health and safety regulations

– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

– Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines

– Qualifications in construction management – SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS
