Provide architectural design services and project management to the residential sector
Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
Submit planning and building regulation applications
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is metSkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD
Experience managing projects within the residential sector
Woking knowledge of UK building regulation and planning frameworks
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
