Roles/Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with the sales team to review system designs, quotations, and project scope
Attend pre-installation meetings, confirm specifications, and resolve site readiness issues
Oversee installation activities, ensuring adherence to method statements and risk assessments
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely material and service delivery
Monitor project progress through site visits, addressing issues or complaints proactively
Deliver system operation demonstrations to clients and manage smooth handovers
Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site, including risk assessments and incident reporting
Supervise and mentor installation teams, contributing to recruitment and training
Coordinate vehicle checks and material logistics to maintain efficient project delivery
Liaise with internal departments to support cost control, invoicing, and project administration

Qualifications

Proven experience in contracts or project management within the construction or building services sector
Strong knowledge of underfloor heating systems (both electric and wet)
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Confident in interpreting technical documents and conducting site assessments
Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
