Job Advert: Site Manager (Holiday Cover)

Location: Leicester

Temporary Role: Thursday 17th July – Tuesday 29th July

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a construction site from Thursday 17th July to Tuesday 29th July.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses smoothly and safely

Monitor and support onsite teams including bricklayers and scaffolders

Maintain and enforce health and safety standards across the site

Act as the main point of contact for any onsite queries or issues during the cover period

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role within construction

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site protocols

Ability to manage teams and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely

Valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid
