Assistant Site Manager – New Build Housing (Temp to Perm)

Linsco are currently recruiting for experienced Assistant Site Managers to support the delivery of new build housing developments across Nuneaton, Burton, and Tamworth. These roles are offered on a temporary basis with a clear route to permanent employment, ideal for professionals looking to establish themselves within a well-regarded residential contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring progress aligns with build programmes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain productivity and quality on-site.
Support health & safety compliance, including carrying out site inductions and regular inspections.
Assist with snagging, quality control, and ensuring homes are delivered to NHBC and company standards.
Keep accurate site records and report on progress, delays, or issues to senior management.
Work collaboratively with the wider site and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of homes.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing schemes.
Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
Understanding of construction phases, NHBC standards, and health & safety requirements.
Valid SSSTS (or SMSTS), CSCS Card, and First Aid certification.
Ambition to progress within a growing housebuilding business.
