Contracts Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, professional and amitious Contracts Manager with proven experience in refurbishment and fit-out projects across the residential and commercial sectors. This role will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating site teams, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring the smooth running of contracts across a diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects
*
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Ensure all work meets contractual, quality, and safety standards
*
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
*
Carry out regular site visits and ensure works are completed to specification
*
Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and programme updates
*
Lead and support project teams and site managers throughout the construction process
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in refurbishment and fit-out
*
Strong background in both residential and commercial sectors
*
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and H&S regulations
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
*
SMSTS and CSCS qualifications (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as needed
