Dozer Operator

Our client a Kent based Plant & Groundwork contractor currently seek an experienced Dozer driver for holiday cover on one of their projects in Rugby, Warwickshire.

It is essential that you hold a CPCS or NPORS certification and can provide references that back up a diligent background.

The work itself is on a new build housing project and you will be operating the Dozer with GPS.

Responsibilities

* Operate bulldozers to dig, move, and grade earth materials as per project specifications.

* Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.

* Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

* Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Experience

* Proven experience operating bulldozers

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

This position starts on the 7th July and is 2 weeks holiday cover
