We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new six-form class block at an educational facility in Maidenhead. This is a great opportunity to lead a well-structured project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage works starting July 21
Oversee piling, steel frame erection, and ground beam installation
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams Requirements:
DBS clearance (essential)
Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
Demonstrable experience with piling, steel frame
Strong leadership and site management skills
