The Company: A small, dynamic Central London based consultancy, specialising in capital and development project management!

Their team provides professionals to the public and private sector, delivering services from inception through to completion and operation. The companies in an incredibly healthy position. Owning three offices (leasing two) and with plans to open a northern office.

Despite working hard, they know how to let off steam! You can expect to go on numerous trips every year. Including, eating at Michelin star restaurants, playing golf at the London club, driving at Mercedes World (they book out the whole venue) and private boxes for sporting events at Lords & Wembley!

The Role: They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic & talented Assistant Project Manager to their Central London team!

You would be working on various education and public-sector schemes through-out the whole project life-cycle – typically ranging in value from £1M-£10M.

You will need to be confident in supporting the project management team with the delivery of construction projects throughout the whole stage of the project lifecycle. You will be working across a variety of company sectors, with a focus to their education projects.

Previous Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying experience is favourable. No problem if you currently work within these fields, they are open to candidates who are looking to transition across from this into a PM role!

Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:

* Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

* 1-3 years industry experience (ideally within a consultancy environment)

* Previous QS OR BS experience is favourable

* Excellent time management

* Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

* Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

* Able to work individually or in a team

* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
