Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy in Glasgow is seeking a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly experienced team during an exciting period of growth, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Commercial Offices, High-End Residential, Hotel, Retail, and Historic Building sectors.

This is a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor role involving full pre and post contract duties, cost planning, tender management, and contract administration. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take on Employer's Agent responsibilities while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued success across the Scottish market, this role offers a clear pathway to Associate level and beyond within a supportive, progressive environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or related field)
MRICS is highly desirable or working towards
Strong pre & post contract knowledge
Previous QS experience in a UK consultancy environment
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, leading meetings and working in a client facing roleWhat's on Offer?
