Project Quantity Surveyor – Cheshire/Lancashire/Greater Manchester/Merseyside

We are working with a National Construction contractor who are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on various industrial new build projects in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

Multi million £ turnover business, established contractor working with blue chip clients on commercial new build and refurbishment projects. The company also work on projects within the Leisure and industrial build sectors. There is an opportunity to work for a reputable forward thinking and respected organisation. Office and site based Quantity Surveyor, some flexible working. Excellent salary and package on offer.

-Cost Planning
-Overseeing Industrial/Commercial new build projects
-Working alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager to provide accurate costings for each project
-Managing Sub contractor packages
– Working with client/estimators/design and project teams
-Previous experience of working in critical environments an advantage
-Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
-Driving Licence
