Groundwork's Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

An immediate role has come to fruition for an experienced Groundwork's Quantity Surveyor / Estimator responsible for covering groundwork's on a number of housing developments and commercial builds throughout Hampshire, West Sussex, Wiltshire and Dorset.
Your role will be working with the regional contracts manager and operations director and be responsible for pricing and commercially running projects to completion.
Ideally you will be;
* Ideally you will be from a recognised groundworks / civil engineering background within a estimating/surveying background
* Able to bring business with you through networking/contacts within the civil engineering / groundwork's arena
* Be familiar with Excel, Word and Blue Beam
* Cost reporting
* Budget forecasts
* Prepare tenders / BoQ
* Subcontract Management
* Valuations & Variations
* Final Accounts
* Applications for completed works
* A good all-round team player
Qualifications and experience required;
* Minimum 3-5 years experience within civil engineering / groundwork's
* Relevant industry qualification HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent
* CSCS or SMSTS an advantage but not essential
