Nightshift Factory Worker – Canvey Island | £Competitive Pay | Immediate Start

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for stable nightshift work? Our client, a busy manufacturing facility based in Canvey Island, is seeking Factory Workers to join their team on the 5pm – 3am shift.

🚗 Due to the location, having your own transport is highly preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

General factory duties including assembly, packing, and machine operation
Supporting production lines to meet targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Welding experience is a strong advantage

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Driving licence and own vehicle preferred due to limited public transport

📍 Location:

Canvey Island, Essex – easily accessible by car, but limited public transport options during night hours.

📅 Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
