Job Title: Foreman (BPSS/SC Cleared Projects)

We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join a secure infrastructure project in London and the surrounding areas. This is a long-term opportunity on high-profile, civils-focused schemes requiring BPSS or SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision of site activities ensuring work is carried out to programme, quality, and safety standards.

*

Coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and materials deliveries.

*

Reporting progress and site issues to the Site Manager.

*

Leading toolbox talks and promoting health & safety compliance.

*

Assisting with setting out and interpretation of drawings where necessary.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Foreman on infrastructure or enabling works projects.

*

BPSS or SC clearance (or willingness to obtain).

*

CSCS card essential.

*

SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills
