You will be joining a well-established and forward-thinking construction consultancy, renowned for delivering high-quality surveying, project management, and architectural services across the UK. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of construction projects from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with surveyors, project managers, and external stakeholders to produce detailed technical drawings, ensure compliance with building regulations, and contribute to the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Assist in planning applications and building regulation submissions
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design development
Ensure designs meet current legislation, standards, and sustainability goals
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate architectural and surveying insightsIdeal Candidate Profile:

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
5+ years of experience in a role as an Architectural Technician or TechnologistWhat's on Offer:
