Job Title: Engineer (BPSS/SC Cleared Projects)
We are actively recruiting a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to support the delivery of secured civils works across London. This is a pivotal technical role within the site team, contributing directly to the successful execution of complex infrastructure projects. The role requires strong setting out skills, technical knowledge, and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
You will be working on civils packages that include drainage, ducting, reinforced concrete structures, and enabling works — all within high-security environments. This role would suit an individual who thrives in technically challenging settings and who has experience working on major infrastructure, highways, or energy-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out accurate setting out for works including drainage, foundations, ducting, RC works, and structural components.

Conducting pre-pour inspections and QA checks in line with the ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).

Recording as-built data and producing marked-up drawings using CAD where required.

Assisting with site engineering documentation, reports, and daily diaries.
*
Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to support the works on site.
*
Coordinating with Foremen, Site Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely and to programme.
*
Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and security protocols.
Requirements:

HNC, HND, or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
*
Active BPSS or SC clearance (or eligibility to obtain clearance).
*
Strong setting out experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
*
Proficient in using Leica Total Station and other survey equipment.
*
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
*
CSCS card (Engineering/Professional category preferred).
*
A proactive, hands-on approach with good communication and problem-solving skills.
