Salary: £33-38,000 DOE

A respected and design-driven architectural practice is seeking a qualified Architect with several years of post-Part 3 experience and strong Revit proficiency to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to be part of a collaborative studio working on impactful, large-scale projects across a variety of sectors. While a background in healthcare is beneficial, it is not essential. The key requirement is relevant experience beyond small-scale residential work and a passion for quality design and delivery.

This role sits within a practice that values its people, prioritises innovation and sustainability, and is driven by four key pillars: People, Projects, Profit, and Planet. The environment is inclusive, supportive, and designed to help talented individuals grow and thrive- both personally and professionally.

Benefits:

32 days annual holiday (including 7 bank holidays and 3 days office close down at Christmas)

Core working week: Monday to Thursday in-office, Friday remote with a 3:30pm finish

One additional flexible WFH day per month (for specific needs)

Comprehensive induction plan and ongoing professional training

Private healthcare available after 6 months' service

Opportunity to work on high-impact, meaningful projects

Team-focused environment where contributions are recognised and valued

Daily Duties:

Contribute to and lead design stages on medium to large-scale projects

Develop and manage technical design packages using Revit

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients

Attend and present at meetings internally and externally

Coordinate project delivery from early concept through to completion

Ensure work meets quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards

Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Architect with several years post-Part 3 experience

Proficient in Revit, with strong technical and design skills

Experienced in sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, or public buildings

Creative, collaborative, and capable of working within a multi-disciplinary team

Strong communicator, both visually and verbally

Committed to sustainable and thoughtful design practices

Ambitious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high-performing studio

If you're ready to be part of a team that values creativity, integrity, and impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
