A Building Surveying Consultancy with offices throughout the UK is seeking a bright and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join its central London office.
This is an ideal role for a recent Building Surveying graduate with up to 12 months experience, looking for a supportive employer and a fast track to MRICS chartership.
The Graduate Building Surveyor’s role
The team is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyor who is eager to support complex projects and gain training and experience from the Director and Senior Building Surveyors in the following areas:
* Preparing reports on condition, defect repairs and maintenance plans
* Prepare and serve party wall notices and awards
* Project management and administer contracts on repair and refurb projects
Project wise, the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have exposure to several different sectors including residential, education commercial and healthcare.
The Graduate Building Surveyor
* Completed a Building Surveying degree – essential
* Some consultancy-side Building Surveying experience is a big plus
* Bright, enthusiastic, and determined to succeed in a building surveying career
* Eager to achieve MRICS
* Driving licence preferred
