Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

A globally recognised Tier 1 contractor with a £6 billion turnover is continuing its impressive expansion into the Cardiff market, just 12 months after establishing a regional presence. With a confirmed project pipeline exceeding £100 million, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

You’ll be based in their newly opened, modern Cardiff office, working alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values culture, innovation, and long-term career development. What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Background with a Tier 1 contractor (or equivalent large-scale contractor)

Experience in high-rise residential or major project delivery

Strong commercial and contract knowledge (JCT/NEC)

A proactive, team-first mindset
