The Role:
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the delivery of a high-value refurbishment project. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple trades and sub-contractors across occupied and void properties
*
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and overseeing site safety
*
Delivering the project on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
*
Monitoring and updating the programme of works
*
Liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects in the social housing sector
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
*
A good understanding of compliance, quality control and Health & Safety protocols
Certifications (Required):

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
First Aid at Work
*
Clear Enhanced DBS Check
Desirable (but not essential):

NEBOSH Certification
