Location: Glasgow and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Our Client is a leading facilities management company, delivering high-quality soft services to commercial, retail, and public sector clients across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Cleaning Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites in the Glasgow area.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cleaning service delivery across a portfolio of sites. This includes supervising cleaning teams, ensuring high standards are consistently met, building client relationships, and managing budgets and rotas.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites

Conduct regular site audits and inspections
*
Manage, support, and motivate cleaning teams (recruitment, training, scheduling)
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulations
*
Maintain excellent client relationships and handle service reviews
*
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
*
Support mobilisation of new contracts and sites
*
Report performance data and escalate issues as appropriate
Key Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a cleaning management or area supervisor role (multi-site)
*
Strong people management and leadership skills
*
Good understanding of cleaning industry standards, equipment, and COSHH
*
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Flexibility to travel between sites and occasionally work outside standard hours
