Architect

Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their dynamic team, delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leading role across a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects across all RIBA work stages within the residential and commercial sectors

*

Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions

*

Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

*

Produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation independently

*

Oversee and delegate tasks within the project team to ensure high-quality output

*

Chair project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions

*

Act as Contract Administrator for JCT Minor Works and RIBA Domestic contracts

*

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure technical compliance and exceptional build quality

Requirements:

*

Strong experience delivering residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Highly organised with a proactive approach to continual improvement

*

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (SketchUp desirable)

*

Commercial awareness with the ability to manage time and budgets effectively
